This concentration provides coursework that centers on lifestyle changes and self-care to promote wellness through diet, 锻炼, mental health and spiritual awareness.
的 整体健康 program consists of a variety of health courses covering a broad range of topics; core health courses such anatomy, 健康行为, 道德, public health and more; and a variety of electives to choose from depending on your career goals. Integrating principles of conventional and alternative practices, our Bachelor of Science in 健康科学 with a concentration in 整体健康 can serve as a first step toward a wide variety of employment opportunities in health, including holistic health programs in large healthcare systems, as well as private and clinical holistic care centers.
